This rustic traditional spanish villa is on a plot over over 2000 sq metres set away from main roads, ideal for family's that want a very peaceful holiday, that said this is also an area where there is plenty to do, with golf coursers, beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by.

There are many historical towns to visit including Albertera, Crevillente, Orihuela, Elche (the shoe manufacturing capital of Spain) and not forgetting Alicante (approx. 20 minutes away). So often overlooked but it is a lovely town for a days shopping with numerous restaurants and cafes to visit. There are tree lined avenues to wander down or just to sit and watch the world go by. Major international airport close by - Alicante 15 minutes.

With swimming and tennis, horse riding, beaches, Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park, Safari, Waterfall, swimming and sailing (amongst a few of the many attractions available), all within a short driving distance. For golfers, Alenda, 18 hole, Par 72 championship course will prove to be a challenge for golfers of all levels. It is laid out with a variety of trees with a large number of bunkers.

In the main area of this Air Condition villa you will find a dining area with tables and chairs and the lounge area is equipped with two settee's, coffee table, side board, fireplace, TV with UK channels and DVD player.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

For golfers within 15 minutes drive, Alenda, 18 hole, Par 72 championship course will prove to be a challenge for golfers of all levels. It is laid out with a variety of trees with a large number of bunkers. La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa and 25 minute drive you have 3 more Golf courses Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.  Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 25 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.
