Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit. For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 45 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

This apartment is ideally located for a well-deserved break. The apartment Overlooks the communal pool, this modern two bedroom apartment is conveniently located just 500 metres from the golden Mediterranean beaches of Playa Flamenca. The popular Playa Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre is within waking distance with numerous bars, numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The complex of La Calma is well maintained and has a stunning communal pool within the grounds of the complex.

The tourist town of Torrevieja is 10 minutes drive away or can easily be reached by public transport, which can take you directly to the main bus station where it is possible to venture further a field if desired.
Torrevieja itself has a wealth of activities from museums to boat trips that can be taken from the port area. The market in Torrevieja is a must if you want to soak up the real Spanish atmosphere - every Friday morning - best to go early though. Or you can enjoy walking around the large Saturday morning market within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Or travel to Punta Prima and Cabo Roig located near by with beautiful beaches and coves to explore. Drive west and enjoy the pine-clad hillsides, the citrus orchards, the olive and almond groves, and the impressive palm trees that complete the lush landscape

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non-golfers alike and only 5 minutes from AP7 motorway. 

With beaches, water sports, Tennis Club, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all within 15 minute drive. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 4 championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive from this property making it the ideal location for a golfing holiday. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year.

There are two cities within 40 minutes drive - Alicante to the north is one of the most well-known towns along the Costa Blanca, with it's wonderful boulevard, with palm trees and long alleys for nice relaxing walks and shopping. Alicante is starting point for thousands of tourists every year. Famous for its excellent weather, miles of sandy beaches and with many historical buildings around the entire city. Alicante offers countless sightseeing attractions, from cathedrals to churches and of course a wonderful harbour area. The city invites you to take a trip along the coast or to the wonderful island of Tabarca. Additionally to sightseeing, directly from the harbour area a long wide sandy beach leads its way up to San Juan. Just drop your towel in the sand and enjoy a wonderful day at the sun.

Playa Flamenca itself it set within Orihuela Costa - activities such as go-Karting, local markets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets are within easy walking distance. The beach of Playa Flamenca is a 5 minute walk away where you can walk along the beautiful newly constructed promenade which links other beaches in the area. The two beaches in the Playa Flamenca area are Cala Estaca and Cala Mosca which both have blue flag status. There is a popular market on every Saturday morning in a wide road in nearby Playa Flamenca - within walking distance

The location of this property is perfect for a great family holiday. And within a 5 minute walk you have the choice of some of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca.

Within 10 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.  Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap and within 20 minute drive  from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 55 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 15 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.

Located in Benidorm, which is 50-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia
